Follow I-40 East into Wilmington, where I-40 becomes College Road. Follow College Road southbound past UNCW campus. Turn right on Shipyard Boulevard. Turn left on Independence Blvd, follow to end. Make a left onto River Road, continue through the roundabout, staying on River Road (2nd exit) Make a right onto Old Towne St, continue down the promenade.
